i’m starting to realize that ultimately, as much as i would like there to be; there is no difference between ignorant happiness and ‘true’ happiness if you will. either way, you are happy, non the wiser to why you maybe shouldn’t be. and there are always reasons not to be happy. and that’s why being happy is a choice.

we are both choosing happiness, i just kept fighting with you about your way of going about it. i just couldn’t do it, i couldn’t ignore our reasons for not having to be happy. i just can’t do that. not even for you. not even if that’s what made you happy.

bottom line, i can only make you ignorantly happy. and you can’t make me truly happy.

i’m going to be in love someday. stupid in love. like we used to be, before happiness got in our way.
